Aimed at energy agencies, public authorities and energy actors from across Europe, the ManagEnergy Annual Conference, which took place on 13 April 2011 during the EU Sustainable Energy Week, hosted high-calibre speakers from the European Commission, local authorities and energy agencies.
The conference focused on the synergies between regional development and sustainable energy actions. The latest developments in EU policy as well as in the area of technical support for sustainable energy at the local and regional level were presented. Examples of the close collaboration between energy agencies and local authorities were showcased, while discussion and experience exchange were facilitated.
